Use of BNSF Remote Access to access BNSF's Outlook Exchange electronic mail system, mainframe systems and Intranet is restricted to those authorized by BNSF only. These systems are the sole property of BNSF and are to be used only for valid business purposes.
Users consent that BNSF or its designee(s) may inspect, copy, or disclose any e-mail or other information you place on or transmit using BNSF Remote Access at any time without further notice. Users agree not to hold BNSF responsible for damage to non-BNSF hardware, software or electronic data, or for technical support related to these items.
All communications made through BNSF Remote Access must conform to BNSF’s Policies, Corporate Rules, and Code of Conduct. BNSF’s Policies and Corporate Rules are available on the Policies Page, accessible through the BNSF Railway Employee Portal under the “Company” tab.
Unauthorized access, use, or dissemination may be grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Possible violations of BNSF Policy, including use of BNSF Remote Access to access inappropriate or offensive material, should be reported to the BNSF Hotline at 1-800-533-BNSF (2673).
